We are Connie and Darrel Wise, a husband and wife photography team (+ one, our lovely assistant Katie) residing in Huntsville Alabama and we want to tell you a little about who we are.
My name is Connie and I am the quiet one of the bunch. Maybe it’s because it is difficult to get a word in between Darrel and Katie! I love to cook. Chocolate is my favorite food group and William-Sonoma’s Peppermint bark is my weakness. I am a huge Anthropologie fan and I love to browse their catalogs and stores for inspiration. I love to travel and take photographs of old architecture and interesting people. I am slowly (very slowly) learning to speak Italian. I love to sit in the sun and feel the warmth on my face on a cool fall day. I am totally in love with my husband and my life is wonderful. I am thankful for all my family and friends and appreciate how they enrich my life on a daily basis. I am told I am my dad made over. I want a dog.
I am open-minded! I have always prided myself in choosing to be a “glass half full” kind of guy…yes it’s a choice! I’ve seen a lot, done a lot, cried some, laughed more. Spent years seeing the world in uniform and gained a great appreciation of people and human behavior…still love to travel. I love gadgets and technology. I’m a firm believer in following your dreams and having fun. Renowned for practical jokes…I never take myself too seriously.
I am a photographer in the making. I am a vital part of the team nonetheless. I am artsy, creative, and full of energy. I love meeting and getting to know new people. I love making things come together. I have a million ideas in my head and love seeing them come to life. I’m the go-to girl. I’m the one who helps the flower girl get the rock out of her shoe. The one who will go get your lip gloss out of your purse. The one who finds and gets all your family together to take the huge family photo. I’m there to help make things run smoothly.
